VK28 is located on Vali Konağı Street, which has a history of 100 years on an urban scale and has turned into an important commercial artery on a micro scale. In the plan solutions, the front facade overlooking the 'Valikonagi Street' is designed as a living area, while the service units are arranged in the middle section and the bedrooms on the back facade overlooking the inner courtyard. The facade design of the building aimed to reflect the historical identity of the 'Valikonagi Street' in a modern way.
