In Kocaeli, Sekerpınar, near the Industrial Zone, project has been designed in order to answer the needs of resting, shopping and eating&drinking. The building, which will be designed as a priority in the corner parcel with dense vehicle traffic and which gives front to wide roads, is intended to be placed in a way to form a border with the road. In this way, thanks to an inner courtyard to be created, users are offered a different experience to use semi-permeable units that relate to both the courtyard and the road.
