‘Nişantaşı45’ project is located in ‘Abdi İpekçi Street’, one of the most important commercial arteries of the ‘Nişantaşı’ district, dating back 100 years on an urban scale. As a function; While the ground floor is used for commercial functions, the upper floors are completely reserved for residential use. The building, which was designed as entrance from the center, was arranged on each floor with 2 separate units. The front facade overlooking ‘Abdi İpekçi Street’ was completely arranged as a living area, service units to the middle section, and bedrooms on the rear facade overlooking the inner courtyard. In the facade design of the building; Aiming to reflect the historical identity of ‘Abdi İpekçi Street’ in a modern language, the facade rates in the city’s memory have been tried to be reflected by the current materials.
