The building has been re-functioned as an office building using the carrier frame of the detached residential building located in Gümbet, Bodrum, overlooking the sea. The architecture, which is designed with a plain and clear language, is aimed at an architecture where functional requirements are met. The transformations that reveal the architectural characteristics of the building can be examined functionally, spatially and structurally. An alternative production technique has been to use the functionally aging structure with the assignment of a new function. The building, which transformed from residential use to office use, regained life in daily life.
